Situated on the Kelabit Highlands in between of Bario and Ba Kelalan in Borneo, Sarawak, Mount Murud famed itself as the highest peak in Sarawak, Borneo, Malaysian Territory with 7950ft above sea level.
For over 20 years, this place makes a significant retreat place for the Christians as they come to this mountain to seek a quiet time with God.

Arriving in Ba Kelalan on twin otter flight.
Next day, depending on the weather - if weather permits we may take a 4x4WD transfers to Lepo Bunga (2hrs).
And here, the climbing begins at the altitude of 3000ft above sea level. This is the time you will enjoy the typical rainforest beauty.
